			<description>Ok, everybody's been injured. What happend? Where'd ya do it? Didi it happen again?



My first bad injury happened there two days ago  I was &quot;attempting&quot; to monkey a rail outside The church in the town in Dun Laoghire... Clipped it.... Fell about 4 feet... Messed up my left elbow. It kinda happened at a good time though, cause I'm going to Germany for a few weeks so I wont be doing much training anyway  </description>
